Founded in 1969, Rock River Development Corporation (RRDC) has been a development corporation specializing in commercial and residential developing in the Southwest Rockford area.

As one of the oldest minority owned development corporations in Rockford, RRDC strives to be the developer of choice in the 21st century for the Rockford area and beyond.
